Some of you will ask why the first picture of this report is a candle with something written in an asian writting. Look at his better ! On this candle it's written "Coton de Tuléar" not in Belgium but in Japanese !

It was the welcome gift for all the people showing a Coton, because the judge of this 14th national Belgium must be a japanese. Unfortunatly after the tragic events of September 11th, he canceled his trip.

A very kind welcome, a perfect organistion and the pleasure to meet a lot of people from several countries : Thank you to Jacqui and Annie, the president and the treasurer of the Belgium Club.

So the judge was a german : Dr Wilfried Peper.

It's just when he gave the BOB that the public has been a little bit surprised.The judge said that the BOB can only be given to a Belgium dog. So he relegated all the best dogs at the moment to give the BOB to the very young dog owned by the vice-présidente of the club.
