Buck and Katy Carman owned since 23 years, a small shop - "the Sewing Machine Shop". Many times customers are greeted by a Coton. . They've heard so much about them, love to see them in person. Last year they sold a knitting machine to a customer- now friend in Indiana. Judi knits afghans for all the big stores through-out the US in her home. They shared with her, their love and history of the Coton. Katy Carman thought to combine her passsions for a fair mission. It's why, with great pleasure we hand over to her. "It's just coming home after a week with Cathy and Fred and family - bringing back my wonderful Blu, that I had the idea to give something back to the Madagassy peoples, to thank them for this wonderful breed that has taken over my life.

I asked Fred what could I do, and coming back to USA, I got the thought of combining the Coton, afghans, money for the people took over. Judi was happy to help the cause,and gave me a special price, asked me for a photo of the breed. I mentioned the need for a clear picture over

With the use of the computer and a program that changes dark and light photo to stitches on a double bed knitting machine- our project got a start. : made afghans.

For every sold "KEEPSAKE THROW", $15.00 donation is given to customers choice of projects. : help Madagassy peoples or help Coton rescue.

The throw is made of acrylic, can be washed gently in warm water. A chanel can be sewed at the top and it can be used as a wall-hanging. They measure 34x50 inches and come in black and white, red and white, navy and white, and forest green and white.
